Our eggs are available for pick up at our farm in Shelton, Washington, or are available for delivery within the Shelton and Olympia areas.

For customers outside of these areas, a mutually agreed upon meeting place can be arranged.

Our hens lay at their own pace, so egg availability changes throughout the seasons. Adding your name to the list ensures you get first pick as fresh eggs come in.

Orders are a first-come, first-serve basis. If availability runs out before your order can be fulfilled, you will receive a text message notification and you will remain in the order it was received.

On our farm, transparency matters.

We believe that great food starts with responsibility and care. As a small Washington farm, we follow all state guidelines for safe, direct-to-consumer egg sales.

Here’s exactly how we care for your eggs from nest to carton:

• Ungraded & Homegrown: Every egg we sell is ungraded, just as Washington allows for small family farms like ours — gathered from our own flock, never from anywhere else.

• Gentle Care: We collect eggs every day, look each one over with a careful eye, give them a gentle wash with mild, biodegradable soap, and tuck them into brand-new cartons.

• Kept Cold & Fresh: Once they’re cleaned and packed, eggs go straight into the fridge and stay chilled until delivery.

• Clear, Honest Labels: Each carton carries our farm name, the pack date, “Keep Refrigerated,” safe-handling notes, and an Ungraded mark — nothing fancy, just the truth.

We take pride in raising healthy birds and delivering fresh, responsibly handled eggs you can feel good about bringing home to your family. We are grateful to share the harvest of our hens with families who care about where their food comes from.

Our hatching eggs are thoroughly examined for cracks or defects first. They are then selected first for large size and secondly for interesting and/or rich color.

Our hatching eggs are stored at 73 degrees Fahrenheit until time of pick up, to ensure a pause in development without risking the embryo.

When buying hatching eggs, fertility cannot be guaranteed. However, we do our best to give every eggs it’s best chance at successful hatching.

It is also common in all hatching eggs to have some fertilized eggs not hatch, despite perfect conditions. This is also a normal part of the process.

In any instance, if less than 50% of eggs are fertilized, another batch will be provided free of charge upon personal verification of the fertility issue.

Some conditions that can affect fertility are the hen to rooster ratios and the time of year, with peak fertility in the Spring and less in the Winter.
